Welcome to the Slightly Tougher Pilates Class.
This class began over a decade ago as a traditional Pilates session, but as my wonderful clients have become fitter and stronger, it’s evolved into a powerful blend of functional movement, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and meditation.
Our focus is on supporting longevity, building strength for everyday life, and helping you feel your absolute best — inside and out.
Functional movements for real-life ease
Strength and balance work to support bones, joints, and posture
Bodyweight exercises for endurance
Pilates floorwork and core conditioning
Speed and agility drills (yes, really!)
A grounding meditation to close
You’ll sweat, feel the burn, stretch, and breathe deeply, and you’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body.
