Every week, we run two short, fun workouts that you can join live from home:

  • Tuesday 9am – 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises with seated options throughout

  • Friday 9am – 10 minutes with dumbbells (or tins if that’s what you’ve got handy), again with seated options

Do I need equipment for the free workouts?
Not at all. Tuesday’s class uses just your bodyweight, and Friday’s uses dumbbells — but tins of food or water bottles work just as well.

Yes. Every session includes seated options, so you can join in at a level that works for you.
