Tuesday 9am – 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises with seated options throughout

Do I need equipment for the free workouts?
Not at all. Tuesday’s class uses just your bodyweight, and Friday’s uses dumbbells — but tins of food or water bottles work just as well.
Are the workouts suitable if I have mobility issues?
Yes. Every session includes seated options, so you can join in at a level that works for you.
